These terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place online using our services.
By selecting the "I Accept the Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" checkboxes, you accept and agree to these online shopping terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement, and other policies of which we may notify you from time to time. This constitutes the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these online shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights (either as a consumer or otherwise).
By selecting the "I Accept the Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" checkboxes, you agree to receive registration, order status, email marketing, and other communication from Arabian Florist and its affiliated sites.
Unless otherwise specified, the products are available for delivery only within Saudi Arabia, specifically in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, and Al Khobar. We do not make claims that products are appropriate for use or available in locations outside of Saudi Arabia. If you access and use our services from outside Saudi Arabia, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
This service is for adult use only. If you are under the age of 18, you may use it only with the approval of a parent or guardian.
Every effort has been made to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of products for sale as accurately as possible. The specific colors you see will depend on your device’s quality and resolution. We cannot guarantee that your display accurately represents the color of the item to be delivered.
From time to time, we may change dimensions, specifications, and quantities of items without prior notice. Certain bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of the flowers.
Orders are subject to availability. If the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the information you provided.
We will offer an alternative item of equal quality and price or cancel the unavailable item. If we cancel an item, you will receive a full refund. If we cannot contact you, we will process the remaining items and refund any unavailable items.
You may register to make purchases. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account username and password to prevent unauthorized access.
You accept responsibility for all activity using your account. Inform us immediately if your account is compromised.
Ensure your registration details are correct and update your profile if any information changes.
We reserve the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and cancel orders at our discretion. Any order cancellation will be without charge.
We collect personal and financial information (name, address, email, etc.) when you place an order. For details, read our Privacy Statement.
We may communicate with you via email or notices. When you agree to electronic communication, it satisfies any legal requirement for written communication.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase items from us. We will confirm receipt of your order by email summarizing your order details ("Order Confirmation Email").
Products are invoiced in SAR (Saudi Riyal) and USD at the prevailing price when the order is placed. Errors may occur. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will cancel the item.
Payment may be made online using credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, or bank transfer. Checks are not accepted.
Do not send payment information via email. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your personal or financial information unless negligent.
Deliveries are available seven days a week in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, and Al Khobar.
We aim to deliver on time. If we cannot deliver on your chosen date, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Delivery is deemed to have occurred when items reach the address specified. Responsibility for loss, breakage, or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes only after full payment.
Orders must be cancelled at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled.
If an order has already been dispatched, you will be charged for the delivery. Complaints regarding product quality will be investigated, and valid complaints may result in a replacement or full refund.
Notify Customer Services immediately if you receive an incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
We will reimburse reasonable costs for returning items delivered in error, damaged, defective, or substitutes for unavailable items. Until returned, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the items.
We are responsible for losses directly resulting from our breach of these Terms. We are not liable for third-party business losses (including lost revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data, or goodwill).
Our liability will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may change the services, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and other policies at any time. You will be subject to the policies in effect when you use our services or place an order.
If any term is invalid, void, or unenforceable, it will be severable and will not affect the remaining terms.
If you breach these Terms and we take no action, we still reserve the right to enforce our rights and remedies in other situations.
